How do we heal our heavy heartedness? What does light-heartedness mean? A talk with Char Sundust, Spiritual Director of Village Medicine.

Do I find myself heavy hearted? How can we heal the heavy heart? How do we work with the myriad of feelings we experience everyday…. How can we access authenticity and truth and celebrate what we have been given and focus on that which is supporting us? How can we invite new perspectives and access acknowledgement and gratitude at the same time? We will be righting the heart through writing and spiritual practice.
