  3. We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of the Services.
  4. Collection and Use of Information

a) Personally Identifying Information
We collect information you provide us that may be personally identifying information (“personal information”). Personal information includes your name, physical address, email, birthday, gender, phone number, and credit card and other financial details. We do not and will not send spam, sell or rent your email address or any social media login account (“Account”) to third parties. We do not disclose, sell, share, trade or give away a User’s personal information to third parties, except as needed for completing payment and billing transactions through the services of payment processing vendors, when applicable.

b) Social Media Information
If you choose to log in, access or otherwise connect to the Services, or contact SWN, through a social networking service with which the Services are integrated (e.g. Facebook), we may collect your user ID and user name associated with that social networking service, as well as any information you make public using that social networking service. We may also collect information you have authorized the social networking service to share with us (such as your user ID, public profile information, email address, birthday, friends list, and pages you have “liked” or “followed”).

c) Third Party Advertising
Advertising for SWN may appear on or through the Services, as well as in third party locations (e.g. Facebook Ads). We may also display advertising on behalf of third parties, often enabling users to click through to websites and other portals owned and operated by third parties. When you view an advertisement, whether or not you click on it, the advertiser, advertising technology companies, and service providers that perform advertising-related services may collect some information from or about you. The information practices of these third parties are governed by their own privacy policies, and as such, we recommend that you read, understand and accept those terms separately from this Privacy Policy.

d) Logging Statistics
Like most website operators, our servers automatically collect certain types of non-personally-identifying, technical information, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. We use this information to better understand how our visitors use the Services, and to maintain the Services. We may also collect non-personally-identifying information related to your activity on the Service, including title selections and watch history, page views, ad data, referral URLs, network state, device identifiers or other unique identifiers such as advertising identifiers (e.g. “ad-ID”, or “IDFA”), and carrier information.

e) IP Addresses
Internet Protocol addresses indicate the location of a User’s computers or mobile device on a network connected to the Internet. Providing Services to you may result in the logging of IP addresses for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable.

f) Cookies
Your use of the Services may result in the assignment and storage of session cookies to recognize your access privileges. We may use cookies to better understand how you interact with the Services we offer, to monitor web traffic, and to recognize you in order to customize your experience based on your selected preferences. A cookie is a text file that is placed on the hard disk of your computer or mobile device by a server. Session cookies expire when you end your session and close your browser interface. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer or mobile device. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. We use cookies to help Us identify and track visitors, their usage of and preferences on Our website. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers or mobile devices should set their browsers to “Refuse Cookies” before using the Services, with the drawback that certain features of the Services may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
